Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Represents plant for all management system related issues/changes,
  • Corporate processes/standards – single point of contact for all departments, feedback to process owner, checks for plant applicability & distributes to affected plant departments
  • Internal Audits (VDA 6.3) - Conduct of internal system, process and product audits, support follow up action plans
  • External Audits - Support planning for internal & external system audits, available for the auditors pool, sticks to audit plan
  • QEHS Management System (TS 16949) - Review the content, performance and improvement actions, coordinates process review feedback, act as local expert for workshops
  • Supports departments with the creation of the Records Matrix and supports the implementation of the information management elements

Experience in the position/sector

Personality requirements and skills

  • Academic Graduate plus approx. 2 to 3 years of experience in Quality area (automotive sector preferable)
  • Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and TS 16949
  • Effective coping and conflict management
  • Communication skills (presentation, moderation, facilitation)
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate work
  • English skills - necessary, German skills - are advantage
